Remote Chat Assistant

We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Remote Chat Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will communicate with customers through online chat, answer questions, provide support, and help ensure a positive customer experience.

This is a remote work-from-home position suitable for individuals who are comfortable communicating online and can work independently.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through live chat and messaging.
• Provide accurate and helpful information.
• Assist customers with basic questions and requests.
• Handle multiple chat conversations professionally and efficiently.
• Escalate issues that require additional assistance.
• Maintain a professional and friendly tone.
• Follow company policies and customer service procedures.
• Document customer interactions when required.

Qualifications

• Excellent written communication skills.
