Remote Client Advisor

About This Position
Your clients already have something in mind when they pick up the phone. They may be reviewing their insurance, looking at ways to protect their income, or thinking more broadly about their financial future. Your job is to find out what they need and help them determine which options make sense.

You’ll manage scheduled conversations, make recommendations, and work with clients through the application process. This is a sales role, but it is not based on cold calling. Training is provided, and you’ll have ongoing coaching and access to a team as you build confidence.

The role offers flexibility in how you structure your workday, along with performance-based tied to your production.

What You'll Do

• Conduct scheduled calls with people interested in insurance and financial solutions
• Ask questions to uncover coverage needs, priorities, and budget
• Review current protection and identify potential gaps
• Explain insurance and financial product options in clear, everyday language
• Make recommendations based on the information you gather
• Handle questions and guide clients toward a decision
• Complete applications accurately and review details before submission
• Follow up on outstanding opportunities and scheduled conversations

Pay: $67,000.00 - $87,000.00 per year
