Remote Client Agent

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused professional for a full-time remote opportunity. In this role, you will speak with households that have already requested information and are interested in learning more about the available benefit options.

Your primary responsibility will be to connect with interested individuals, understand their needs, answer questions, explain the options available to them, and provide support throughout the application process. Since some individuals may require multiple conversations before making a decision, strong follow-up and relationship-building skills are essential.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys phone-based conversations, communicates with confidence and empathy, and can stay organized while managing multiple leads and follow-up activities. No prior industry experience is required, as comprehensive training, mentorship, and ongoing support will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact households that have submitted requests for additional information
• Respond to inquiries promptly and ensure interested individuals receive timely follow-up
• Understand each household's needs and discuss the benefit options for which they may qualify
• Clearly explain available options and help individuals understand important details
• Answer questions and address concerns in a professional, patient, and supportive manner
• Guide interested individuals through the application and enrollment process
• Review submitted information for completeness and coordinate the timely submission of required forms
• Schedule follow-up conversations and appointments as needed
• Maintain accurate records of all conversations, commitments, follow-ups, and next steps
• Manage a consistent pipeline of interested households while maintaining strong organization and follow-through

Qualifications & Skills

• Confident and comfortable communicating with people over the phone
• Strong communication skills with a natural, professional, and customer-focused approach
• Ability to build trust without sounding overly scripted or pushy
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong follow-up habits and the ability to manage appointments and multiple conversations
• Empathetic and patient when helping individuals make important decisions
• Coachable, receptive to feedback, and able to apply new learning quickly
• Self-motivated and reliable while working independently
• Access to a dedicated, quiet workspace suitable for professional phone conversations
• Basic computer skills, including email, web browsers, CRM systems, and other business software

Pay: $65,000.00 - $86,000.00 per year
