About Element 78

Element 78 is a Black woman-owned luxury reformer-based fitness studio located in Southwest Atlanta. We provide a high-end, community-centered fitness experience focused on strength, sculpting, discipline and results.

We are looking for an organized, personable and sales-minded Remote Client Engagement & Lead Coordinator to help us stay connected with prospective and existing clients and turn interest into bookings and memberships.

What You’ll Do

Your primary responsibility is follow-up and client conversion.

You will:

• Monitor new leads and inquiries through Mindbody
• Follow up with prospective clients who have shown interest but haven’t booked
• Contact first-time guests after their session
• Follow up with clients who haven’t returned
• Encourage clients to book their next session, purchase packages or explore memberships
• Send approved email marketing campaigns through Mindbody
• Promote upcoming Element 78 events, classes, offers and membership opportunities
• Maintain accurate client and lead notes
• Keep track of clients who require additional follow-up
• Provide a brief weekly report showing contacts, responses, bookings and conversions

Weekly Expectations

This is a small but important position. We are looking for someone who can maximize a limited number of hours.

You should be able to:

✓ Ensure new leads receive timely follow-up
✓ Maintain consistent communication throughout the week
✓ Follow up with first-time and inactive clients
✓ Help fill classes and convert clients into repeat customers
✓ Keep Mindbody client records organized
✓ Report measurable results each week

The 4–6 weekly hours should ideally be spread throughout the week rather than completed in one block.

• Highly organized
• Reliable and self-directed
• Comfortable working remotely
• Able to follow established scripts while still sounding natural
• Comfortable learning and working inside Mindbody
• Familiar with email marketing and client relationship management

Experience with Mindbody, boutique fitness, wellness, hospitality, membership sales, CRM systems or email marketing is a plus.

Compensation

$400 per month

Approximately 4–6 hours per week, remote.

This position will begin with a limited scope. As Element 78 grows and the position demonstrates measurable results, there may be an opportunity for additional hours and responsibilities.
