What You’ll Do

You’ll speak with prospective clients by phone or video, understand their needs, review available financial protection solutions, explain options, assist with applications, and maintain client relationships.

We provide licensing guidance, training, proven systems, technology, carrier access, underwriting support, lead options, and ongoing coaching.

People coming from customer service, hospitality, retail, healthcare, management, real estate, administration, and other client-facing careers often already have many of the skills needed to succeed.

Compensation & Independence

This is a 1099 independent contractor, commission-based opportunity designed for people who want their income tied to performance instead of capped by an hourly wage.

Compensation can grow through high commissions, production bonuses, residual payouts, increased contract levels, and leadership compensation. Eligible agents also have access to the Integrity Health Plan.

There is no guaranteed salary or hourly wage. The compensation range displayed represents an estimated production scenario, not guaranteed earnings.
