A remote phone role built entirely on warm inbound leads. This full-time role runs entirely from home, and you set the pace so no household feels rushed.

It fits people who stay calm, explain carefully, and give families room to decide. Training is provided in full, and prior client-facing work is an asset. It is not the right role if impatience creeps in on longer calls. Pay is performance based, so strong results steadily raise what you earn.

Day to Day

• Review coverage options patiently so no family feels hurried.
• Call households who requested information about their plan choices.
• Explain each plan carefully and welcome every question.
• Help families enroll once they are fully comfortable.
• Give households space to think before they decide.
• Note where each conversation left off for next time.

Qualifications

• Calm and patient, even when calls run long.
• Careful explainer who never rushes any family along.
• Organized about tracking each and every open conversation.
• Comfortable being on the phone for much of the day.
• Eager to learn all coverage basics through provided training.
• Quiet home space with a dependable internet connection.
