About the Role

This is a fast-paced remote phone position focused on warm leads. Working full time from home, you’ll maintain a steady call rhythm while making sure each household receives clear, helpful guidance.

This role is ideal for someone who performs well in a high-volume environment, stays organized, and communicates with confidence and clarity. Full training is provided, while experience in busy client-facing roles is a strong advantage. If constant phone activity wears you down, this may not be the right fit. Compensation is performance-based, giving consistent, productive performers the opportunity to increase their earnings.

What You’ll Do

• Work through a consistent volume of warm leads each day.
• Speak with families who have requested information and walk them through available options.
• Answer questions clearly and efficiently while giving each conversation the attention it deserves.
• Support households through enrollment and help confirm their benefit selections.
• Document every interaction and schedule follow-ups as needed.
• Stay focused and maintain productivity throughout a busy call schedule.
