What You'll Do

• Connect with individuals and families who have requested information
• Manage a steady volume of warm leads and scheduled follow-ups
• Understand each customer's needs and clearly explain their available options
• Answer questions professionally while providing a helpful customer experience
• Assist customers with completing the enrollment process and confirming their selections
• Maintain accurate call notes and update customer information in the CRM
• Schedule and complete follow-up conversations as needed
• Stay organized and productive while managing a high daily call volume
