Remote Client Specialist

The Role

If you’re good on the phone, quick to pick things up, and like staying busy, this role gives you plenty to work with.

You’ll speak with people who have already asked to learn more about coverage, benefits, and financial products. Your job is to understand what they’re looking for, explain the available options, and help them move forward with the product that fits their needs.

The pace is steady and the conversations are varied. You’ll handle a high volume of calls, keep your pipeline moving, and have the opportunity to increase your earnings through consistent performance.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with people who have already expressed interest
• Discuss coverage, benefits, and financial product options
• Ask questions to understand each customer’s needs
• Explain products, costs, and features in clear language
• Recommend appropriate options based on the conversation
• Guide customers through applications and enrollment
• Follow up when additional information is needed
• Keep accurate records and stay on top of daily activity

Pay: $68,700.00 - $88,700.00 per year
