Remote Cold Caller / Appointment Setter

Overview

We’re seeking motivated cold callers and appointment setters to connect with businesses that need reliable commercial cleaning services.

This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with no set hours, no fixed shifts, and uncapped earning potential.

Compensation & Earning Potential

$200 per qualified appointment: Earn $200 for each qualified appointment you schedule that meets our criteria and is attended by the prospect.

20% First-Year Revenue Share: Earn 20% of first-year contract revenue collected from clients you originate that BCS Facilities successfully closes.

Uncapped Commissions: No limit on appointments or commissions earned.

Example Earnings

$25,000 first-year contract = $5,000 commission

$50,000 first-year contract = $10,000 commission

$100,000 first-year contract = $20,000 commission

$250,000 first-year contract = $50,000 commission

Duties

• Cold call businesses to introduce BCS Facilities’ commercial cleaning services.
• Connect with facility managers, property managers, operations directors, and business owners.
• Identify potential commercial cleaning opportunities.
• Schedule qualified appointments and facility walkthroughs for our sales team.
• Follow up with prospects and nurture interested leads.
• Track conversations, appointments, and follow-up activities.
• Develop a pipeline of prospective commercial cleaning clients.

Qualifications

• Previous cold calling, B2B sales, telemarketing, or appointment-setting experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable speaking with business decision-makers.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, or facility management sales is a plus.
• Ability to consistently generate qualified sales opportunities.
