Salary: $155,000 - $205,000 per year

Job Details Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of construction defect litigation matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and dispositive motions.
• Conduct and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts.
• Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial.
• Attend court appearances, hearings, and settlement conferences.
• Collaborate with experts, consultants, and clients throughout the litigation process.
• Develop litigation strategy and evaluate exposure and settlement opportunities.
