Remote Coverage Solutions Representative

Position Overview

This role is centered on helping individuals understand their available coverage. You'll speak with people by phone, learn about their circumstances, discuss relevant benefit and insurance options, and help them take the appropriate next step.

You'll handle conversations from a home office and manage your own follow-up throughout the day. Product education and hands-on training are provided before you begin handling the full range of responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Discuss coverage needs with individuals and families
• Ask questions to understand priorities and circumstances
• Present applicable benefit and coverage choices
• Explain policy details, costs, and key differences
• Address questions and provide additional information when needed
• Assist with applications and enrollment
• Maintain accurate client notes and follow-up details
• Keep daily activity organized and current

Training & Compensation

You'll receive instruction on the products, systems, and procedures used in the position, followed by continued guidance as you gain experience.

Estimated annual earnings are $66,000 – $86,000 based on individual performance. Actual compensation varies.

Pay: $66,000.00 - $86,000.00 per year
