Patience matters, since some families need the details explained more than once. You should stay calm, listen well, and never rush a decision. It is not for you if repetition frustrates you. Training and a supportive team are provided, and pay increases with strong results.

A Typical Day

• Phone families and go over their coverage options by phone.
• Compare plans with families that fit their budget.
• Help families finish the application from start to finish.
• Field questions from families about benefits and plan options.
• Set up follow-up calls with families who need time to decide.
• Keep accurate notes on every conversation with households.
