Compensation Breakdown:

• Hourly Rate: $15

• Commission Structure: - $2 for booking warranty call- $5 for a cash call- $10 for an emergency call

Schedule:

• Full-Time
• Monday–Friday, 8-hour day shift
• Weekend availability required
• On-call availability required

Requirements:

• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred; phone sales, inside sales, appointment setting, or lead conversion experience is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to type 60–70 words per minute with strong accuracy
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced remote environment
• Basic computer skills; ServiceTitan CRM experience is a plus
• Comfortable working with warm leads, identifying customer needs, and confidently asking for the booking
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends when needed
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently without constant supervision
• Strong home-office organization and ability to maintain a professional remote work environment

Core Responsibilities:

• Become the trusted first point of contact for homeowners needing fast, professional garage door service.
• Engage with warm leads and inbound customer inquiries, identify their service needs, and confidently guide them toward booking the appropriate service.
• Convert customer conversations into scheduled appointments by clearly communicating service options, building trust, and creating urgency when appropriate.
• Coordinate technicians and appointments to keep daily operations running efficiently and on schedule.
• Resolve customer concerns with confidence, urgency, and professionalism while creating an outstanding customer experience.
• Accurately document customer interactions, service details, and scheduling updates within the CRM.
• Work closely with dispatch, technicians, and leadership through remote communication to help protect the Flash brand and deliver exceptional service.
• Meet individual performance expectations while contributing to overall team goals.
• Maintain a professional and productive remote work environment throughout scheduled shifts and on-call periods.

Pay: From $600.00 per week
