Remote Customer Service Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Virtual Office Assistant. You will provide essential administrative support to our growing business, ensuring smooth operations and a positive experience for our clients. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from parents and potential clients via email, phone, and chat.
• Provide information about programs, schedules, and pricing.
• Process registrations and manage client data.
• Assist with scheduling and communication with the coaching team.
• Manage calendars and appointments for the team.
• Create and maintain spreadsheets and documents, and prepare reports as needed.
• Assist with marketing and social media tasks.
• Assist with the coordination of events, workshops, and other programs.
• Manage logistics, including booking venues, ordering supplies, and communicating with vendors.
• Maintain accurate records of client information, program data, and financial transactions.

About you

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
• Experience with CRM software and online scheduling tools is preferred.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communicator in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
