We are urgently hiring Remote Customer Service Contractors for an upcoming customer service program. Limited openings are available, and qualified candidates must be prepared to complete enrollment quickly.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer service calls
- Assist customers with scheduling and service-related needs
- Resolve customer concerns professionally
- Accurately document customer information
- Follow established procedures and workflows
Requirements
- Customer service/call center experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Type 35+ WPM
- Comfortable with high-volume/back-to-back calls
- Reliable computer, internet and quiet workspace
- Monday availability required
- Must complete required background check, drug screening and ID verification
Available Hours: 4:00 AM–8:00 PM ET
Monday Requirement: Minimum 4 hours
