Duties

• Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer requests, gather feedback, or promote relevant services and products.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using data entry skills within our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
• Demonstrate strong phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure every client feels valued and understood.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues, utilizing analysis skills to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Support client services by managing multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining organizational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

• Previous call center experience or customer support roles is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn!
• Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse client base effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel is essential for documentation and reporting tasks.
