• Manage data entry tasks accurately within customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other software tools such as Microsoft Office.
• Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer requests or gather feedback to improve service quality.
• Support client services by processing transactions, including cash handling when applicable, and maintaining detailed records of interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer support problems through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain organizational efficiency by prioritizing tasks, managing time effectively, and staying updated on product or service information.

Experience

• Previous call center experience or customer support roles demonstrating strong phone communication skills.
• Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse global clientele effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.
• Experience with sales techniques and client communication strategies that enhance customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with technical tools used in remote support environments and the ability to adapt quickly to new software platforms.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
