Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver product or service information
• Assist clients with account management, billing questions, and technical troubleshooting using clear communication and problem-solving skills
• Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer requests or promote new products and services
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and active listening to understand customer needs thoroughly
• Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve processes, and enhance overall client experiences
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high levels of professionalism and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

Skills

• Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client bases effectively
• Proven experience in sales or customer support roles within call centers or similar environments
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—in English; bilingual capabilities are a plus
• Demonstrated ability in data entry, typing accuracy, and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks seamlessly
• Technical proficiency with customer service software, CRM systems, and basic troubleshooting tools
• Exceptional customer service problem-solving skills with a focus on client communication and satisfaction
• Experience with outbound calling campaigns and cash handling procedures is advantageous
