Job Overview
We are seeking one personable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This individual would train in our office (Newtown, PA or Princeton, NJ, so you need to live relatively close), and then primarily work from home. In this role, you will be the friendly voice for our clients, managing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and supporting our technicians. Your personality, enthusiasm and communication skills will help us deliver exceptional service while maintaining efficient workflows.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or text with a positive attitude. This requires an organized person, who is diligent about follow-up and comfortable talking on the phone.
• DIscuss what makes us special with new customers. Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely arrivals. This requires some comfort with sales.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, appointments, and service by entering notes into our operations software.
• Call customers to ensure they are happy.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service or sales. Home improvement knowledge is a significant plus as we take on a wide range of projects.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and convey information clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

We can consider part-time or full-time applicants for this role.

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
