Duties

• Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and live chat, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally

• Engage in outbound calling to follow up on client requests, gather feedback, or promote relevant services and solutions
• Handle data entry tasks accurately within customer relationship management (CRM) systems to ensure up-to-date records
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills to understand customer needs thoroughly
• Resolve customer issues by applying problem-solving techniques and escalating complex cases when necessary
• Support sales initiatives by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on client interactions

Skills

• Multilingual proficiency in English and at least one additional language to serve diverse client bases effectively
• Strong sales skills with the ability to promote products and services confidently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and communication purposes
• Extensive experience in customer support, client services, or call center environments with a focus on phone communication
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills combined with excellent phone etiquette
• Technical proficiency with computer systems, data entry tools, and CRM software to manage client information efficiently
• Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
