We are especially interested in bilingual English/Spanish applicants as bilingual customer-support needs continue to grow. However, bilingual ability is not required to apply, and English-only opportunities may also be available.

Basic Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must live in an eligible state
• Must be willing to complete a background screening
• Drug-screening requirements vary by client opportunity
• Must complete the required registration and assessment process
• Must be available for any required client certification dates
• Some opportunities may require a headset, additional monitor or other equipment

Important Classification and Fee Information

This is an independent contractor opportunity and not a W-2 employment position. Independent contractors are responsible for maintaining their required workspace and equipment.

An all-inclusive platform and support fee of $69.99 applies per applicable earning pay period. Complete terms and payment information will be provided before final enrollment.
