Remote Data Entry Assistant

We are looking for a reliable person to help maintain accurate digital records. The work involves entering information, reviewing existing entries and keeping records organized.

This position is open to applicants who are starting their careers or looking for a remote administrative role.

• Review entries and correct simple errors;
• Update existing spreadsheets and databases;
• Identify missing or inconsistent information;
• Keep electronic records organized;
• Report completed assignments according to the provided instructions.

What will help you in this role?

Basic computer skills, careful attention to detail and the ability to follow written instructions. Familiarity with spreadsheets is useful, but advanced technical knowledge is not necessary.

Previous data entry experience is not required. Initial guidance will be provided to explain the workflow and expected standards.

The position is intended for remote work. Working hours, workload and payment arrangements will be confirmed during recruitment.
