Duties

• Utilize Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, for data entry, analysis, and reporting tasks

• Handle confidential information with discretion, adhering to privacy standards
• Maintain organized filing systems both digitally and physically when necessary
• Perform routine data audits to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly
• Support the use of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems for seamless data integration
• Assist with basic math calculations during data processing tasks to ensure accuracy

Experience

• Proven experience in data entry roles or office administration with a focus on data management
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and productivity software
• Familiarity with databases, database systems, and ERP platforms is highly desirable
• Demonstrated ability to perform high-volume typing (10 key typing skills) efficiently
• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail in handling large datasets
• Ability to analyze Excel data using formulas and functions for reporting purposes
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, emphasizing clear communication and professionalism
