Responsibilities

• Enter and update data into multiple database systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Word and Excel, to create reports, spreadsheets, and data summaries
• Perform data collection and verification tasks to maintain high-quality records
• Manage order entry processes efficiently using ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems
• Analyze Excel spreadsheets with pivot tables and data analysis tools to identify trends or discrepancies
• Handle confidential information with discretion and adhere to data privacy standards
• Support administrative tasks such as filing, transcription, and document organization to streamline workflows

Qualifications

• Proven experience with data entry, clerical work, or administrative support in office environments
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (including data analysis and pivot tables)
• Familiarity with database systems, ERP software, and productivity tools
• Excellent typing skills (minimum 10 key typing speed), with high accuracy in data entry tasks
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly and maintain data security protocols
• Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a remote setting
• Basic math skills for verifying numerical data and performing simple calculations
