We are looking for experienced Windows L2 Support Engineers to provide advanced support for Windows-managed desktops, laptops, and endpoints.
Primary skills: Remote desktop support, Windows, SCCM Intune.

Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
Active Directory amp; Group Policy
VPN amp; Network Troubleshooting
Windows Update for Business
Endpoint Management amp; ITSM Tools
Responsibilities:
Resolve L2 desktop, application, and connectivity issues. Manage user accounts, access provisioning, and security policies. Support modern endpoint management and device compliance. Collaborate with L3, Network, and Application teams for complex issues. Ensure SLA adherence and maintain accurate ticket documentation.
