Duties

• Engage with prospective clients through digital channels to generate new sales opportunities and expand our customer base.
• Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend tailored solutions that meet client requirements across insurance and benefits products.
• Negotiate terms effectively to close deals while maintaining positive client relationships and ensuring mutual satisfaction.
• Manage client communication via CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems, ensuring accurate documentation of interactions and sales progress.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop outreach strategies that enhance lead generation and brand visibility.
• Follow up with prospects consistently to nurture leads, address questions, and convert interest into committed sales.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
• Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in bilingual or multilingual settings.
• Familiarity with insurance sales including health insurance, life insurance, property casualty insurance, and commercial insurance knowledge.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems for client management and reporting purposes.
• Demonstrated analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions effectively.
• Knowledge of insurance regulation standards such as HIPAA compliance and benefits administration practices.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships through effective communication and client communication strategies.

This is a performance based role

Pay: $74,156.23 - $89,306.43 per year
