What they need
Job Summary This is not a traditional corporate assistant position. We are a mission-driven organization centered around returning humanity to the sovereign center, expanding consciousness, guiding embodied awareness, and personal development through experiential programs, education, hemispheric unification, and community.
We are looking for someone who genuinely resonates with that environment while also being grounded, organized, emotionally mature, technologically capable, and exceptionally trustworthy.
The position will begin at approximately 4 hours per weekday at $15/hour, with significant potential to grow in both responsibility and compensation and potentially develop into a full-time salaried position based on your skills, our needs, and how well we work together.
Most work will be remote, but I would strongly prefer someone located within approximately one hour of Lake Wales, Florida. Initial training will include in-person time, and I anticipate meeting in person approximately once per month afterward.
What you’ll help with:
- Student support and Academy administration
- Monitoring and responding to routine emails and inquiries
- Helping students navigate our online Academy and programs
- Student onboarding and maintaining records
- Managing certification administration
- Website updates and basic digital administration
- Organizing communications, documents, systems, and workflows
- Research and problem-solving
- Creating and maintaining SOPs and organizational systems
- Assisting with projects, launches, events, and other needs as they arise
- Identifying opportunities to make our systems more efficient
- Becoming a reliable administrative right hand as the role grows
You don’t need job specific experience. We are willing to teach the right person our platforms and processes. What is much harder to teach and much more important to us, is discernment, integrity, self-awareness, accountability, communication, and good judgment.
We are looking for someone who can take initiative without overstepping authority; someone who knows the difference between solving a problem and making a decision that should be brought to leadership first.
The right person is likely someone who is naturally organized, learns technology quickly, pays attention to details, communicates warmly and professionally, follows through without being chased, handles sensitive information with discretion, and can receive feedback without becoming defensive. You should be comfortable asking questions when you don’t know something rather than guessing.
We also value people who can recognize their own emotional responses and remain thoughtful when navigating difficult or unexpected situations. You will sometimes interact directly with members of our community, so your ability to communicate with kindness, boundaries, neutrality, and professionalism matters enormously.
Experience that would be especially helpful:
administrative or executive-assistant work, online community management, customer/student support, email management, digital course platforms, website editing, Canva, automation tools, AI tools, spreadsheets/databases, or creating organizational systems. You do not need experience in every one of these areas.
Because you may eventually have access to private student communications, internal business systems, proprietary educational material, and company accounts, confidentiality and trustworthiness are essential.
We are LGBTQ+ owned and operated, and our work exists within a consciousness/spirituality-adjacent space. You do not need to share every belief I hold, but you do need to be genuinely respectful of our work, our community, and the people we serve.
Schedule: Approximately 4 hours per weekday to begin, primarily remote, with some flexibility in when work is completed. Occasional scheduled meetings will be required.
Location: Preference given to applicants within approximately one hour of Lake Wales, FL.
Compensation: $15/hour to start, part-time, with meaningful opportunity for increased responsibility, hours, compensation, and potentially a full-time position.
If this sounds like you, please apply here and also send your resume to [email protected] with the subject line: “Directors Assistant”, with a brief introduction including your location, relevant experience, current availability, why this position caught your attention, and what you believe makes someone an exceptional assistant.
