Dispatch Operations Assistant (Remote)

LKS GROUP INC is currently hiring Dispatch Operations to support our transportation and logistics operations across the United States.

This is a remote full-time position for individuals interested in logistics, transportation coordination, operational monitoring and driver support.

We are looking for organized, responsible and team-oriented candidates capable of following operational procedures and maintaining communication with drivers and management during daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Driver communication and follow-up
• Route and load tracking
• ETA updates and operational monitoring
• Reporting operational incidents
• Coordination with management and dispatch teams
• Maintaining communication with drivers during tours
• Monitoring operational updates and resolving basic issues

Requirements:

• Intermediate or advanced English
• Stable internet connection
• Computer or laptop
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work in an operational environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in logistics, dispatching, customer service or transportation support
• Experience working remotely

Compensation:
Weekly salary ranges from $100 to $175 USD depending on operational capacity, responsibilities and performance bonuses.
