Remote Dispatcher / Office Assistant

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and professional Dispatcher / Office Assistant to join our team.

This is a remote position that involves communicating directly with customers, scheduling appointments, coordinating with technicians, and helping keep daily office operations organized.

Responsibilities:

* Answer and make customer phone calls

* Schedule and confirm appointments

* Dispatch and communicate with technicians

* Provide excellent customer service

* Follow up with customers when needed

* Enter and update customer/job information

* Handle multiple tasks while staying organized

Requirements:

* Excellent spoken and written English

* Strong communication and customer service skills

* Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone

* Reliable, responsible, and organized

* Able to multitask and work independently

* Must have a reliable computer and stable internet connection

* Comfortable learning and working with CRM/scheduling software

* Previous customer service, dispatching, or office experience is preferred
