Remote Enrollment Specialist

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our growing remote team as Remote Enrollment Specialists.

You’ll speak with hot and warm leads who have already expressed interest in our services. Leads are provided, so there is no cold calling or searching for your own customers.

This is a flexible remote opportunity for individuals who are comfortable communicating over the phone, willing to learn, and ready to follow a proven system.

What You’ll Do

• Speak with hot and warm leads provided to you
• Follow a simple, proven phone script
• Answer questions and explain our services
• Follow up with interested prospects
• Help qualified individuals through the enrollment process
• Attend virtual training and team support sessions
• Build your communication and closing skills
• Work remotely using a smartphone or laptop with reliable WiFi

Who We’re Looking For

No previous sales experience is required. Customer service or sales experience is helpful, but we are primarily looking for individuals who are:

• Comfortable speaking with people over the phone
• Motivated and consistent
• Professional and dependable
• Good at following instructions and a proven process
• Comfortable working independently

Compensation

This is a 100% commission based position with no guaranteed hourly wage or salary. Earnings are based on individual performance and successful enrollments.
