Own the Full Recruiting Process As a full-desk recruiter, you'll manage the entire search lifecycle—from business development and client partnerships to sourcing, interviewing, negotiating, and closing top talent. You'll have the autonomy to build meaningful relationships while developing expertise on both the client and candidate side of every search.

Must Have Qualifications

• Recruiting Experience (2+ yrs minimum) or B2B Sales Experience (3+ yrs minimum)
• Bachelors Degree
• Strong work ethic
