I’m Anthony Durante, founder of Durante Insurance & Associates. Before financial services, I spent years in automotive sales and internet sales management. What I learned there still drives how we work today: people make better decisions when someone takes the time to explain their options clearly and honestly.

No prior financial services experience is required. Several people on our team came from completely different industries. We provide training, mentorship, and ongoing guidance to help you build your knowledge, sharpen your communication skills, and feel confident working with clients.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with families, individuals, and business owners to understand their goals and priorities
• Explain financial concepts and protection options in a clear, straightforward way
• Share information about available options based on each client’s needs and eligibility
• Build lasting client relationships through consistent communication
• Schedule appointments and stay organized with client follow-ups
• Participate in weekly team trainings, coaching, and development
• Complete required licensing and continuing education
• Follow company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
• Manage your daily schedule while staying connected to a supportive team

• Willing to complete training and state licensing

Backgrounds that tend to do well here: customer service, sales, teaching, coaching, hospitality, administration, management, the military, and the trades. If you’ve worked directly with people and cared about doing it well, we’d like to hear from you.
