Remote Financial Services professional

KMG Financial Services helps individuals, families, and business owners access financial education and resources related to budgeting, debt management, protection, retirement planning, and legacy planning. We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Remote Financial Services Professional to provide responsive administrative and client support throughout the client experience.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome prospective and existing clients and assist with scheduling consultations and follow-up appointments.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, video, and other approved communication channels.
• Maintain accurate client records, notes, forms, and documents within the company’s CRM and secure systems.
• Coordinate with licensed agents and internal team members to support client onboarding, applications, appointments, and service requests.
• Communicate administrative requirements and next steps clearly and professionally.
• Route questions involving insurance products, investments, taxes, legal matters, or other regulated financial topics to appropriately licensed or qualified professionals.
• Prepare client-facing materials, appointment reminders, follow-up communications, and other administrative documents.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information in accordance with company policies and applicable privacy requirements.
• Provide organized, timely, and professional service while working independently in a remote environment.
• Follow established company procedures, training requirements, and applicable laws and regulations.

What You Bring

• 1+ year of experience in customer service, client support, administration, banking, insurance, financial services, or a related field preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM platforms, video-conferencing software, and other standard business technology.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Strong customer-service mindset and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of clients.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $55,900.00 – $67,322.02 per year
