Remote Financial Services Representative

About the Opportunity

We are expanding our financial education team and looking for a small number of serious, motivated individuals who want to learn the financial services industry, help individuals and families, and build something long-term.

No previous financial-services experience is required. We provide training, mentorship, education, and company-sponsored licensing to help qualified individuals develop the skills and credentials needed to build in this industry.

Our team helps individuals and families with financial education and solutions related to insurance, investments, retirement planning, and mortgage services where appropriately licensed.

What You'll Do

• Meet virtually with individuals and families
• Educate clients on financial fundamentals and protection strategies
• Help clients understand applicable insurance, investment, retirement, and mortgage solutions
• Learn to identify client needs and goals within the scope of applicable licensing
• Assist with applications and required documentation
• Provide professional client service and follow-up
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
• Develop leadership and business-building skills as you grow

Licensing is required for applicable business activities and compensation. We provide the education, training, and sponsorship to help qualified individuals complete the required licensing process.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must reside in the United States
• Must be able to meet applicable background-check requirements
• Willingness to complete required training and licensing
• Reliable internet and a computer capable of participating in virtual meetings and training
• Ability to consistently dedicate time each week to training, appointments, and follow-up
• Ability to work independently while also being part of a collaborative team

Previous experience in sales, customer service, education, management, healthcare, military, hospitality, or other people-focused roles can be helpful, but is not required.

Compensation

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with performance-based compensation.

There is no guaranteed salary or hourly wage. Income is based on licensing, production, performance, and business activity.

The flexibility is real—but so is the responsibility that comes with it.
