About the Opportunity

ALI Logistics is seeking motivated, results-driven sales professionals to help expand our freight brokerage business by acquiring new shipper accounts throughout the United States.

This is an opportunity to build your own book of business, develop long-term customer relationships, and earn commissions based on the freight business you generate.

Whether you have experience in freight brokerage, logistics, transportation sales, or B2B business development, we're looking for individuals who are ready to prospect, close deals, and grow with our company.

Compensation Structure

• First 90 Days — Training Phase: Earn 15%–25% commission on gross profit generated by eligible accounts, based on your applicable commission rate.
• After 90 Days: Become eligible to earn 70% of commissions in accordance with the applicable commission agreement.
• $250 New-Account Bonus: Available for qualified new shippers that meet the applicable signing, first-load, and gross-profit requirements.
• Recurring Commission Opportunities: Earn commissions on qualifying repeat business, subject to the applicable agreement.
• Uncapped Earning Potential: Grow your income as you acquire new shippers and develop your book of business.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential shippers across the United States.
• Conduct outbound cold calls, email campaigns, and other business development activities.
• Build relationships with shipping managers, logistics professionals, supply chain managers, and business owners.
• Present ALI Logistics' freight brokerage and transportation solutions.
• Identify customer shipping needs and secure new shipper accounts.
• Maintain customer relationships and develop recurring freight opportunities.
• Collaborate with our operations team to support smooth customer onboarding and successful freight execution.
• Continuously expand your pipeline and grow your book of business.

Qualifications

• Experience in freight brokerage, logistics, transportation sales, or B2B sales is preferred.
• Strong prospecting, communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and approaching new business prospects.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.
• Results-oriented with a strong interest in building long-term business relationships.
• An existing network of shippers or experience in shipper acquisition is a plus.
