About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Estimator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and an eagerness to build their career in the construction and glazing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assisting with the preparation of accurate cost estimates and quotations for windows and doors.
2. Reviewing architectural plans, window schedules, and other relevant project documentations.
3. Preparing material take-offs and cost breakdowns.
4. Communicating with suppliers, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth project flow.
5. Supporting senior estimators with pricing strategies and tender submissions.
6. Maintaining project files and ensuring accuracy in all documentation.

About You

1. Background in construction, engineering, or estimating (preferred but not essential).
2. Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
3. Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel in particular).
5. Willingness to learn industry-specific software and processes.
6. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
