Type: Full-Time | 100% Remote
Compensation: $12.00/hour base + Uncapped Commissions + performance Bonuses
Your key Responsibilities
Proactive Outreach: Connect with prospective clients and open doors using diverse communication channels
Relationship Building: Handle inbound inquiries and active conversations with sharp, friendly and persuasive messaging
Phone Engagement: Make outbound calls to answer questions, build confidence and drive opportunities forward
Closing Deals: Listen closely to customer needs, address objections professionally, and complete sales transactions seamlessly
Workflow Management: Keep your CM and daily pipelines organized while collaborating closely with a supportive team.
