Remote Insurance Advisor

People do not buy policies, they buy peace of mind, and delivering that takes an advisor who listens first. We are hiring a Remote Insurance Advisor to work with individuals and families, walking them through life insurance and health coverage decisions in relaxed, unhurried virtual meetings.

This is an advisory role with performance based pay that rewards strong client outcomes, which keeps your advice centered on the client. You will inherit a full appointment calendar, established carrier relationships, and training at no cost to you from your first week.

How You'll Spend Your Time

• Advise clients in one-on-one virtual sessions on life and health protection choices

• Build coverage plans around each household's budget, health history, and goals

• Handle applications end to end, from submission through underwriting decisions

• Document consultations and keep policyholder records complete and current

• Run scheduled coverage reviews and recommend adjustments when circumstances shift

• Serve as the client's ongoing contact for questions, changes, and service needs

Requirements

• An active Life & Health Insurance License in your resident state, or readiness to activate yours

• Prior client-facing experience in insurance, benefits, banking, or financial services preferred

• A consultative approach that earns trust quickly over video

• Careful handling of sensitive personal and medical information

• Strong time management across a full day of remote appointments

• Confidence navigating multiple carrier portals and a modern CRM
