Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective and existing clients through outbound calls, telemarketing, and digital communication channels to promote insurance products.
• Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend suitable health, life, property casualty, and commercial insurance policies that align with client requirements.
• Negotiate policy terms and premiums effectively, ensuring mutual satisfaction while meeting sales targets.
• Build strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service, addressing inquiries promptly, and maintaining ongoing client communication.
• Manage client information efficiently using CRM systems and sales administration tools to track interactions and follow-ups.
• Stay informed about the latest insurance regulations, product offerings, and industry trends to provide accurate guidance.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract new clients and retain existing ones through targeted outreach.

Experience

• Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments with a focus on insurance or financial products.
• Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual proficiency preferred).
• Familiarity with insurance regulation, HIPAA compliance, and benefits administration processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems for client management and analysis purposes.
• Knowledge of health insurance, life insurance, property casualty insurance, and commercial insurance products is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated customer service expertise with a focus on client relationship building and client communication strategies.
• Ability to analyze market data and client needs to craft tailored insurance solutions that meet diverse requirements.

Pay: $53,262.15 - $64,143.66 per year
