Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers by phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Respond to insurance-related inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Assist with insurance applications, policy updates, and service requests.
• Maintain accurate customer information and records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer requests efficiently.
• Guide customers through the appropriate next steps.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service or insurance experience is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
