Responsibilities

• Communicate with prospective clients by phone and virtually
• Explain insurance products, benefits, and coverage options
• Understand client needs and discuss suitable solutions
• Follow up with prospects and assist with applications
• Maintain organized client and prospect records
• Build positive client relationships

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working by phone and virtually
• Prior insurance or customer service experience is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
