About the Opportunity

Beacon Hill Financial Group is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Insurance Solutions Associates. This opportunity is designed for people who enjoy working with others, solving problems, learning new skills, and building professional relationships.

No previous insurance experience is required. We provide structured training, coaching, and support as you develop the knowledge and skills needed to work with clients and build your own book of business.

What You'll Do

• Connect with prospective clients through referrals, networking, social media, and approved marketing channels
• Learn to identify clients' insurance and financial protection needs
• Educate individuals and families about life insurance and protection solutions
• Conduct virtual client meetings and follow up with prospective and existing clients
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships
• Build and manage your own book of business
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development
• Maintain accurate client and activity records

Training & Development

Our training program includes:

• Life insurance fundamentals
• Client discovery and needs analysis
• Product and underwriting fundamentals
• Prospecting and relationship development
• Social media and digital networking
• Client follow-up and communication
• Building and managing a book of business
• Leadership and professional development

A Life & Health Insurance License is required for licensed activities. Candidates who are not currently licensed will receive guidance through the licensing process, study materials at a reduced price and live instruction twice weekly via Zoom.

Compensation

This is a 100% commission-based opportunity, with additional bonuses and incentives based on production and applicable programs.

There is no guaranteed hourly wage or salary. Compensation is tied to client business and production.
