About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Remote IT Recruiter to support our recruitment activities. The recruiter will be responsible for posting job opportunities on Indeed, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and sharing suitable candidate profiles with our team.

The ideal candidate should have experience using Indeed and other online recruiting platforms, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Post and manage job advertisements on Indeed and other approved job boards.
• Source and identify suitable candidates through online recruiting platforms.
• Review applications and screen candidates based on job requirements.
• Collect and submit relevant candidate resumes.
• Communicate with candidates and follow up when required.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment activity records.
• Manage multiple job openings while meeting assigned timelines.
• Work independently and complete assigned recruitment tasks on time.

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or HR is preferred.
• Hands-on experience posting and managing jobs on Indeed or similar job boards.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Basic knowledge of IT/technical job roles is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Active Indeed Employer Account.
• Previous experience posting jobs on Indeed.
• Experience sourcing candidates through Indeed or other recruitment platforms.
• Experience managing multiple job openings simultaneously.
• Previous IT or technical recruiting experience is a plus.

Work Environment

This is a part-time, fully remote position offering flexibility for recruiters who can independently manage job postings and candidate sourcing activities.

Payment: Performance-based payment will be provided for completed job postings and eligible candidate resumes.
