Requirements

• P&C Insurance License
• Candidates must have at least 6+ months of experience with AllstateOR 1+ years of experience working in the Personal Lines Insurance industry.

Responsibilities

• Educate clients on insurance products that fit their needs
• Quote and close new business opportunities
• Build strong customer relationships and generate referrals
• Follow the Bucher Family Insurance sales process
• Participate in training and coaching opportunities
