Pay is commission based, so your earnings grow with the plans you help place, and strong months are rewarded.

What You'll Do

• Bring questions to coaching sessions and apply what you learn.
• Speak with family and describe how insurance coverage begins once approval comes through.
• Pass along feedback about which conversations went well.
• Keep a steady pace through the leads assigned each morning.
• Start each morning by dialing the newest requests on your list.
• Walk through available plans so each option makes clear sense.
