Remote Life Advisor

About This Position

This full-time remote role focuses on helping individuals and families review life insurance options. You’ll speak with people who have requested information, learn about what they need, answer questions, and explain available coverage.

You’ll have training and support as you learn the products and become comfortable in the role. Experienced team members are available to help with questions, and ongoing coaching gives you a place to turn when you need guidance.

The position involves regular phone conversations, follow-up, and helping interested clients through the application process. Previous experience in customer service, insurance, advising, or sales can be helpful, but training is provided.

What You’ll Do

• Speak with people who have requested information about life insurance.
• Learn about their coverage needs and answer questions.
• Explain available life insurance options in a clear, easy-to-understand way.
• Help clients review coverage and understand the application process.
• Follow up with individuals who need additional information.
• Keep client information and follow-up notes organized.
• Complete applications accurately when clients decide to move forward.
• Participate in training and coaching as you learn the role.
• Maintain a consistent work schedule from home.

• Able to explain information clearly and professionally.
• Organized and dependable with follow-up.
• Comfortable working from home and managing a daily schedule.
• Willing to learn new products and processes.
• Open to coaching and feedback.
• Customer service, insurance, advising, or sales experience is helpful but not required.

Compensation

This is a commission-based position. Earnings vary based on individual results and the amount of business placed. The estimated earnings shown above are not guaranteed.

Pay: $67,000.00 - $87,000.00 per year
