Licensed Life Insurance Sales Agent (Remote, 1099 Commission-Based)

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time | Location: Remote (Work From Home) | Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor Pay: Commission-based. This is a 100% commission position with no base salary — compensation is not guaranteed and is directly tied to production.

I'm growing my agency and looking for licensed, self-motivated insurance sales agents who want to build a strong book of business in the life insurance industry.

Responsibilities

• Consult with individuals and families who have requested information about life insurance coverage
• Assess clients' financial goals and coverage needs
• Educate clients on available life insurance options
• Complete applications and guide clients through next steps
• Follow up with clients and maintain long-term relationships

Schedule and Work Environment

This is a remote position with flexible scheduling, available part-time or full-time depending on your availability and goals. Agents set their own hours and manage their own client pipeline.

Requirements

• No prior insurance experience required

• This is a 1099 independent contractor position, not an employee role
• Pay is 100% commission-based; income depends on individual sales performance
