Remote Maintenance Coordinator

We are seeking a reliable and organized Remote Maintenance Coordinator to manage maintenance requests, coordinate service appointments, communicate with vendors and technicians, and ensure maintenance issues are resolved efficiently. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who can manage multiple requests, prioritize urgent issues, and maintain accurate records while working independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance requests, repairs, and service appointments.
• Schedule and communicate with technicians, contractors, and vendors.
• Track work orders and follow up on outstanding requests.
• Respond to customer questions and provide timely updates.
• Prioritize urgent maintenance issues and escalate when needed.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Assist with invoices and general maintenance administration.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in maintenance, scheduling, customer service, property management, or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
• Comfortable using email, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online systems.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Pay: From $29.39 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10.0 per week
