Duties

• Partner with clients to understand their organizational goals, challenges, and opportunities through comprehensive research and analysis.

• Develop strategic management plans that align with clients’ objectives and facilitate effective change management initiatives.
• Lead project management efforts by establishing timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation of recommendations.
• Support business development activities by identifying new opportunities, preparing proposals, and building lasting client relationships.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote best practices in management, process optimization, and organizational change.
• Monitor progress post-implementation, providing ongoing support and adjustments to sustain improvements.

Experience

• Proven experience in management consulting or related fields such as business analysis or change management.
• Strong background in project management methodologies with demonstrated success leading complex initiatives remotely.
• Expertise in business development strategies that foster client growth and organizational success.
• Skilled in conducting research, analyzing data, and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels effectively.
• Familiarity with process improvement frameworks such as Lean, Six Sigma or similar methodologies is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to different industries and organizational cultures while maintaining a proactive approach.

Pay: $132,000.00-$133,000.00 per year
